- • Hardware costs (e.g., ~$15,500 for private AI infrastructure) are separate from implementation fees
- • Clients own hardware and data outright upon delivery
Intellectual Property & Ownership
For Private AI Clients:
- ✓ You own the hardware - it's yours outright
- ✓ You own your data - it never leaves your control
- ✓ You own the trained model - customized for your business
- ✓ No ongoing licensing fees - no subscriptions to Big Tech
R6S Retains:
- • Rights to our methodologies, processes, and general know-how
- • Rights to non-client-specific code and tools developed
- • The right to reference the engagement (with client permission) for marketing
Confidentiality
We understand that our clients trust us with sensitive information. We commit to:
- • Treating all client information as confidential
- • Not disclosing client information to third parties without permission
- • Using client information only for the purposes of the engagement
Additional confidentiality terms may be included in service agreements.
